• For the main purpose, the recipient is the company in which you, as an applicant, have expressed interest and sent your application.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

• Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the company is processing personal data concerning them, to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
• Where the processing is legally based on consent, you have the right to revoke such consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
• Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the data processing is not in accordance with data protection regulations.
